Her work spans more than 25 countries, shaping national and regional strategies on interoperability, open banking, consumer protection, and gender-inclusive finance. Aurélie has supported startups, banks, and MFIs in designing and scaling inclusive credit, savings, and payments solutions, while fostering strategic partnerships between fintechs, mobile operators, and financial institutions. She has collaborated with organizations such as UNCDF, AFI, the World Bank, Gates Foundation, Mastercard Foundation, BEAC, and BCEAO, on strategy design, policy frameworks, capacity building and implementation. With a career blending consulting, entrepreneurship, and regulatory advocacy, Aurélie has developed a strong ability to catalyze digital finance ecosystems, working with regulators, policy makers, innovators, and funders. A native French speaker fluent in English, she is committed to advancing inclusive innovation that expands opportunities for MSMEs and promotes equitable financial access.

Cécile Voigt is an international expert in financial inclusion and SME finance with over 15 years of experience across Africa, the MENA region, and the Pacific. She specializes in strategy & policy frameworks design, research, capacity building, and large-scale program management, with strong expertise in MSME finance, digital financial services — including open banking and fintech — and gender finance. She has supported central banks, policy makers, financial institutions, international organizations and entrepreneurs in more than 15 African countries, collaborating with partners such as the World Bank, BCEAO, AFI, FAO, the European Commission, and the EIB. Building on her extensive technical assistance and research experience, as well as her leadership of numerous multi-stakeholder projects, she combines deep technical expertise with the ability to engage in high-level policy dialogues, positioning herself as a trusted advisor in bridging gaps between diverse stakeholders and shaping inclusive financial ecosystems at both global and local levels. A native French speaker fluent in English, she is deeply committed to advancing inclusive finance and empowering MSMEs and underrepresented groups.

Alexandra Sanchez is a financial inclusion specialist with 15 years of international experience across Africa, Latin America, and global markets. She has led research, market assessments, and strategy design to advance financial inclusion among others through digital finance, gender-inclusive finance, and MSME access to financial services. Her expertise spans project management, stakeholder engagement, institutional assessments, and the production of high-impact knowledge products on topics such as National Financial Inclusion Strategies, gender inclusive finance and inclusive green finance. She has worked extensively with international partners such as AFI, WFP, and UNCDF, supporting initiatives to strengthen inclusive financial ecosystems. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in building cross-border partnerships for remittances and mobile money, before expanding into global consulting projects. A native English and Spanish speaker fluent in French, she is committed to strengthening financial systems that empower MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and communities to thrive sustainably.
